Group finder
Members look for teammates in the forum via your templates. Modario fills the group, sends reminders in good time and opens a voice channel just for the group when it's time. Afterwards the post stays as a record.
What it does
- Groups via templates in the forum – Modario fills the slots.
- One hour before, Modario reminds everyone by direct message.
- 15 minutes before the start a voice channel opens that everyone sees but only the group can join – with a Discord event to match.
- Anyone who clicks “Interested” on the Discord event gets invited; when the group is full, there's a waiting list.
- Afterwards Modario removes the channel, the post stays as a record.
- With “Again” the creator plans the same round anew – everything as last time, only the day is new, and the old crew gets an invitation.
- Open groups show up in the sidebar if members want.

Setup
Type /groups setup in the forum channel – Modario pins the starter.
Create templates and choose the category for the voice channels.
You keep the classes (tank, healer …) once, centrally, in /modario setup.
